For domestic orders, we offer USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and FedEx Express Saver for standard shipping as well as FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2Day for expedited shipping. Orders shipped via the standard options generally arrive within 7 business days of order placement. Orders shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight generally arrive within 2 business days and FedEx 2Day within 3 business days (handling may take up to 1 business day).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your domestic order to be delivered. If your order has not arrived after that time, please refer to the shipping confirmation email to check the location of your USPS shipment here or your FedEx shipment here. If recent tracking updates are not available for your order please contact us at email@example.com, and we will work to resolve this issue as best we can.
For international orders, we offer USPS First-Class Mail International for standard shipping and FedEx International Priority for expedited shipping. Orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International usually take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. Depending on your location, however, this can vary significantly. The table below provides a list of maximum delivery times by country. If your country is not listed below, please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery.

Orders shipped via FedEx International Priority usually arrive to addresses in major cities in Canada and Mexico within 2 business days of order placement and to addresses in major cities in Europe, Asia, and Brazil within 3 business days.
Potential customs delays:
If your order is delayed, it is possible that it is being held by the customs authority in your country. If your country charges import duties, VAT, etc. on US-produced goods, your order will be held at customs until you pay the duty on the order. Although your local post office should inform you if your order is held at customs, they may occasionally neglect to do so. If your order has not arrived after the “maximum ship time” for your country shown in the table, please contact your local post office with your name and address to inquire about the status of your order.
If your order has not arrived after the given time-frame for your country, please refer to the shipping confirmation email to check the location of your USPS shipment here or your FedEx shipment here. Note that, for orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International, complete tracking information is only available for the countries listed in the following paragraph. If recent tracking updates are not available for your order and it is not being held at customs, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will work to resolve this issue as best we can.
For international orders, tracking to destination is available for the following countries if you choose USPS First-Class Mail International as your shipping service at checkout: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If you choose USPS First-Class Mail International and your country is not on the preceding list, tracking will end when the order leaves the United States. If you choose FedEx International Priority as your shipping service, your order will be tracked to its destination in any country.
Shipping Address Change and Shipping Delay Requests
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and deliverable when placing your order. Arcturus Labs is not liable for the cost of reshipment or that of a replacement unit if the original ship-to address entered by the customer is incorrect or undeliverable.
We make every effort to ship our products in a timely manner. As a result, many orders are processed as soon as they come in. This means that we are unable to accept shipping address change requests and shipping delay requests made via email after order placement, even when the customer emails us immediately following order placement. Note that we are also required by our payment processing system and shipping service to ship to the address given in the original order, so any changes to the delivery address must be made through that original order.
If after ordering, you are called away on travel during the delivery period, we suggest filing a mail delivery stop with your local postal service, to delay delivery of your package until after your return. Customers within the United States can do so via the USPS website. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold orders from being shipped after they are placed.
Notes to International Customers
International shipments do not have a guaranteed arrival time due to the potential for customs-related delays. Please refer above for the expected maximum ship time for your country.
We are unable to comply with requests to misrepresent Magnifi's declared value or mark shipments as gifts, thereby skirting government mandated, buyer-paid import duties. In most countries, a single Magnifi falls below the dutiable value threshold. However, some countries may still charge Value-Added Tax (VAT), which is equivalent to the same tax you would pay if purchasing the item locally. Please consult you local tax authority with any questions before ordering.
