What devices does Magnifi support?

Magnifi currently supports the iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 5s, SE, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, and 8. Magnifi does not currently support the iPhone 5c, 7 Plus, 8 Plus, or X. We are working to develop Magnifi to support more iPhones and Android devices. If you are interested in purchasing a Magnifi for a currently unsupported device, please send us an email at info@arcturuslabs.com with the title: "Magnifi for iPhone Launch: Keep Me Posted" and we’ll be sure to update you when we release a new model.

Will Magnifi work for me?

If you aren't sure whether Magnifi will work for your optical device, please see the "Will Magnifi Work for Me?" section on the top of the page of our online store.

If your optical device does not meet these requirements, please send us an email with the dimensions of your eyepiece at info@arcturuslabs.com. We're always looking for ways to improve the Magnifi, and we'll be sure to contact you if we release a version of Magnifi that supports your device.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards (American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, JCB, Master Card, and VISA) as well as PayPal. If you are unable to use the website, we provide a mail order option via US check. If you would like to use this option, please email us for details.

Do you accept purchase orders and/or credit terms?

You are welcome to send us a PO, however we are too small of a company to have our own Accounts Payable department to chase down past due payments. Thus we require prepayment via our website or by US check prior to shipment. See above for more details regarding payment methods.

Do you have a distributor in my country?

Currently, we only sell direct to customers via our website. However, we are considering a distributor program in the near future. If you are a potential distributor, please send us an email at info@arcturuslabs.com with info on your company, and we will add you to the application launch announcement.
